Relocating my sound files

Hey guys,i stored all the file i used for reason on my destop(big mistake),but now i want to relocate them somewhere else(like my documents) but when i do that it comes up that reason could find the sound i used b4 and i have to manually search them myself.and is have a lot of beats .so is there a way that is could make reason automatically llok for those files (a bit like a library)
PS:they inclued a lot of wave files

You'll have to do it at least once...

Try 2 things:

1 - Guarantee you save your project again after finding all files. If I'm right reason will save the new paths for refills and files in the .rns file.

2 - If you plan to move your songs to another machine, or distribute them as reason published songs, you can, as long as you're talking about patches and files (not refills) save your song with self contained data. Just go to File->Self Contained Settings, and select all files and patches you want to be stored with your song. Mind that you cannot do this with refill data, though you can do this with all referenced files that are not included in refills.

Another option is to get all your samples and patches, inside a refill. To do this you can use Propellerheads Refill Packer, which is free to all Propellerhead Reason Registered users.
